Research on the Capacity of Li-ion Battery Packer Based on Capacity Incremental Curve

Lithium ion battery is the most widely used and reliable power source for electric vehicles. With development of vehicles, safety, energy density, life reliability lithium batteries have been continuously improved. However, in field vehicle technology, monomers are combined series parallel to provide enough energy, but one major problems faced by group consistency between monomers. Taking capacity increment curve (IC curve) iron phosphate as analysis tool, it found that characteristic peak IC different pack can reflect relationship monomer capacity. On this basis, mathematical model established, II point a single cell reference characterize one. The results show method be normal charging process pack, characterized real time during whole pack.
